Sword & Shield Coffee Shipping Policy

At Sword & Shield Coffee, we are committed to delivering freshly roasted, premium-quality coffee to your doorstep. Our coffee is roasted, packaged, and shipped by our trusted fulfillment partner, Dripshipper, to ensure freshness and quality.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Because our coffee is roasted to order, processing times may vary depending on order volume and holidays.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and recognized holidays.
Shipping
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout.
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped, when available.
Freshly Roasted Coffee
To ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible, each order is roasted and packaged shortly before shipment by Dripshipper, our authorized fulfillment and distribution partner.
Shipping Delays
Sword & Shield Coffee is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
Weather conditions
Carrier delays
High seasonal shipping volumes
Natural disasters
Holidays
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Other circumstances beyond our control
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping charges if reshipment is required.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package. We will work with Dripshipper and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and order size.
International Shipping
International shipping is available only to destinations offered at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.
