Sword & Shield Coffee Return & Cancellation Policy

At Sword & Shield Coffee, we are committed to providing premium-quality coffee and exceptional customer service.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

If the 14th day falls on a weekend or recognized holiday, the return window will automatically extend to the next business day.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Cancellations

Orders that have not yet been fulfilled or shipped may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process above.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
